1) Payment Information
- a la Maison accepts American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover
- Orders are subject to verification and acceptance of credit card before shipping
- Sales tax is charged for all purchases shipped within Tennessee
- Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request
2) Shipping & Handling of Small Items
- Purchases are shipped from Nashville, Tennessee within seven days from receipt of order unless rush delivery is requested. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
- A valid street address must be provided for shipping requirements as we cannot ship to a post office box.
3) Shipping & Handling of Furniture or Antiques
- Shipping will be handled on a per item basis. We are happy to assist in the coordination of your shipping needs by supplying a list of reputable shippers.
- Payment for shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be coordinated with the shipper of your choice.
- a la Maison is not responsible for merchandise once it leaves the shop and becomes property of the shipping company.
4) Delivery Charges
- We offer a delivery service to the Greater Nashville Area.
- Purchase must exceed $25.00 to qualify for personal delivery.
- Delivery charge is $10 per delivery within the Greater Nashville Area.
- Delivery charge is estimated on a per purchase basis for those areas near but outside of Nashville. The charge will be based on destination of delivery.
5) Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, we will refund your purchase if we receive the merchandise with a valid receipt within seven days of purchase.
- Should the return or exchange be requested later than seven days, a store credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase.
6) Special Requests
- We are happy to locate a gift needed for custom gift packages.
- Each package is priced according to the labor and time involved with the design and research required to fulfill your order.
